Auto Service and Repair Shop Warranty

Addison Auto Center uses only top quality parts that meet or exceed the vehicle manufacturers specifications. In many cases, the same company that provides the components for the manufacturer of your vehicle makes the parts we buy.

Our warranty on mechanical labor is 12 months or 12,000 miles whichever comes first. All parts are guaranteed by the manufacturer and in some cases their warranty may exceed our 12 month/12,000 mile limitation. All warranty repairs must be completed by Addison Auto Center. Used parts warranty is 30 days or 1000 miles unless otherwise specified on your repair order.

Tires are covered under the manufacturer’s workmanship and material defect warranty. Road hazard coverage is available at an extra charge.

Due to normal wear and road surface conditions, wheel alignments are warranted for 30 days.

Damage due to misuse or lack of lubrication is not covered under warranty.
